Ladys finger / bhenda sukka

INGREDIENTS

  • 250 grams lady’s finger/bhenda
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 1 green chilly
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tsp oil
  • A few curry leaves
  • 1/2 cup of water

PREPARATION

  1. Chop lady’s finger to small pieces.
  2. Chop onion, tomato and green chilly.

METHOD

  1. In a pan pour oil, when it heats put the curry leaves in it.
  2. Then add the onion, green chilly and lady’s finger chopped and fry for a few minutes.
  3. Now add the chopped tomato and salt and saute it. Add water to it, cover the pan with a
