INGREDIENTS
- 250 grams lady’s finger/bhenda
- 1 medium onion
- 1 medium tomato
- 1 green chilly
- Salt to taste
- 2 tsp oil
- A few curry leaves
- 1/2 cup of water
PREPARATION
- Chop lady’s finger to small pieces.
- Chop onion, tomato and green chilly.
METHOD
- In a pan pour oil, when it heats put the curry leaves in it.
- Then add the onion, green chilly and lady’s finger chopped and fry for a few minutes.
- Now add the chopped tomato and salt and saute it. Add water to it, cover the pan with a
